This page is for existing Unlimited Club (formerly named Club Plan) customers. Here are answers to some questions we thought you may have.

Why did we lower our prices -- is there a catch?

No catch. We just wanted to make it more affordable for more people to join one of our plans, and for you to STAY a member!

How do you compute the pro-rated amount to give me extra time based on the new prices?

In a nutshell, we use the difference in the new price from the old price, the number of days left on your plan, crunch the numbers and that gives us a new expiration date. If you really want to see the specifics, look at this spreadsheet.

How will renewals work?

That's one of the best parts (besides the price reduction of course)! We will keep your credit card information stored on a SECURE server. The month before your Unlimited Club membership expires, you will get an email notifying you that:

"Your Unlimited Club Membership is about to renew. We will attempt to charge your credit card on file on your renewal date. If any credit card information has changed, please click here to update it PRIOR TO your renewal date. You can also cancel your renewal if needed".

So if there are no changes, you have nothing to do; your membership will automatically renew. It's that easy.

I'm on a Monthly charge, but want to convert to an annual plan and get my 13th month free. How can I do that?

Simply click the "Login" icon at the top of this page, login, and change your frequency.

I have a Club Plan (annual membership) and would like to upgrade to the PLUS membership so I can get a Works Plus Package on every visit. How can I do that?

Just send an email to Jason at or call him at (248) 905-1218 and he'll work out a pro-rated amount to convert your existing plan.

I have a Unlimited Club Membership and would like to upgrade to the PLUS membership so I can get a Works Plus Package on every visit. How can I do that?

Simply click the "Login" icon at the top of this page, login, and change your membership type.

What other discounts to I get?

25% off of all Special Services, Express Detailing, and merchandise that you may purchase! This applies to any of the 4 plans that we offer, and at any frequency.

The "Small Print"

The Unlimited Club is for one vehicle (the vehicle registered with us). You may transfer your membership to a different vehicle a maximum of 4 times per year. If the listed vehicle is in service, you can wash your loaner, but loaner papers must be presented to cashier. Abuse of any policy can result in loss of membership with no refund. The Pass is property of Jax Kar Wash and must be surrendered upon demand. To cancel, just visit this page, click the cancel button, login to your account and cancel! You won't be billed again, and you can continue to wash until the end of the paid billing cycle. Each vehicle can be place on Vacation Status (hold) once per year, with a minimum hold time of 30 days.
