Where do I find my Groupon code?

This "promo" code is located on your Groupon voucher in the top right corner. DO NOT enter the # symbol.

I filled out my promo code and email address but I can't get to my wash certificates?

One of several errors can cause this problem:
1. The promo code you are using is not valid. The promo code is located in the bottom right corner of your Groupon voucher.
2. The email address was not valid or was not provided.
3. The email address and confirmation email address do not match.

I get a message saying my promo code is not valid?

The code needed for this promotion is an 7 character code you would have received on your Groupon voucher in the top right corner.

Each code is only valid once.

I need to RE-PRINT my 3 certificates from Jax? How do I do that?

If you just go back to the email we sent you immediately after you registered your Groupon on this site, there is a reprint link there.  It will take you right to that page with the 3 certificates.
If you can't find that email, you may fill out the registration form again. But please note: YOU MUST USE THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS WITH WHICH YOU ORIGINALLY REGISTERED!
