The NEW Jax Club Plan Renewal Notice

We wish to take this opportunity to thank you for your patronage. Jax takes pride in its service and our customers’ satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.
In the past, we have sent annual renewal notices for your Jax Club Plan using postal mail.
As of June 1, 2006, we will no longer mail these renewal notices to your home or business. We will instead send your renewal notices via e-mail. This will be a quicker, more efficient way to provide your notice, while controlling costs and improving service.
Why Jax needs your e-mail address:
To provide this new service, we need your e-mail address.
Registering your email address is just a one-time process. Your email address will only be used for Club Plan purposes, such as renewal notices and other Club Plan related correspondence. We will never share or sell your email address. If you do not have an e-mail address, please just present your card at any location to renew. However, you will not receive the extra week.
You will be asked for your Club Plan card number when you register your email address. Your Club Plan card number is located on the back of your card. If you have more than one Club Plan, you only need to fill out one form, simply adding additional card numbers in the space provided.
Remember, if Jax does not have your e-mail address, we won’t be able to send your annual renewal notice, and you won’t be able to claim your FREE EXTRA WEEK each renewal! You can always change your email address on record in the future by visiting club.JaxKarWash.net. Please add the email address club@jaxkarwash.net to your address book to prevent spam filtering.
Print out your e-mail renewal and bring to Jax for a FREE EXTRA WEEK!
We will email a notice to your e-mail address on file approximately 2 weeks before your Club Plan is to expire.
We ask that you print the notice, make any corrections to the information on the notice and take it to any Jax location to complete your renewal.
Each time you renew by printing your e-mail renewal notice and bringing it to any Jax, we will give you a FREE additional week on your plan! Thank you again for your continued patronage.
